Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Replex Engine (“we”, “us”), which makes and operates AI Vision Audit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the service is

AI Vision Audit checks the public pages of an online store (speed, how easily shoppers, search engines and AI assistants can find it, and things that put buyers off) and gives you a report with problems and suggested fixes.

Your account

• You need an account to run audits. Give a real email address and keep your password safe.
• Accounts are for one person. Don't share your login.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans, payment and renewal

• You buy paid plans from Replex Engine, which makes AI Vision Audit.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's receipts come from Replex Engine. Your billing page shows how the charge appears on your card statement.
• The free plan and the paid plans include different numbers of audits, pages and checks. Current limits and prices are on our pricing page.
• Prices include tax, and nothing is added at checkout. Business customers can add a VAT or tax ID to their invoice.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• If you move to a higher plan, you pay the difference for the rest of your current period straight away. Moving from monthly to yearly billing starts a new yearly period that day, less a credit for the unused part of your month. If you move to a lower plan or from yearly to monthly billing, the change starts when your current paid period ends: you keep your current plan until then, and nothing is charged or credited.
• If a payment fails, we try again over the next few days. If a renewal payment can't be collected, we may move your account to the free plan.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, or by emailing support@aivisionaudit.com. Your plan stays until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• We may change plans and prices. A price change applies from your next billing period, and we'll tell you first.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Use AI Vision Audit only for lawful purposes.
• You may audit the public pages of any online store. Don't use the service to overload a store, get around its access rules, or reach anything that isn't public.
• Don't use the service for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
• Don't interfere with our security: no malware, no probing or testing our systems for weaknesses, and no scraping or copying the service or its reports by automated means.
• Don't get around our limits (for example one audit at a time and a cap on audits per hour), and don't resell access to the service. Agencies may share reports with their own clients.

Agencies sharing reports

• On a plan with agency branding, you may put only your own agency's name and logo on the reports you share and the emails you send through AI Vision Audit. Don't use another business's name or logo, or anything you don't have the right to use.
• Send reports only to people you work with: your clients, or businesses you're talking to about working together.
• If branding or emails don't keep to this, we may remove the branding from your shared reports or stop sending your emails.

Teams

• Each workspace has one owner. The owner is responsible for its plan and billing, and for how the people they add use AI Vision Audit.
• A member's access ends when they're removed or leave. It's paused while the plan has fewer seats than people, newest first, and comes back when a seat is free.
• The owner can hand the workspace to one of its admins, who then takes over its plan and billing.
• On a paid plan the owner can buy extra seats at the price shown on the pricing page, billed with the plan for the same period and in the same currency. A seat added during a billing period is charged straight away for the rest of that period (prorated), and the seat counts once that payment goes through.
• A seat removed stays until the plan renews and isn't charged after that. Nothing is refunded for part of a period. If the plan ends, its extra seats end with it.

Our intellectual property

• We own AI Vision Audit, including its software, design, checks, text and branding. These terms don't give you ownership of any of it.
• You may use your reports for your own business and share them with your clients. The store information in a report comes from that store's public pages and belongs to the store's owner.

AI-written content

Parts of some reports, such as the summary and some fix steps, are written by AI models from the audit's own results. AI-written text can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you act on it; you're responsible for the changes you make to your store.

No guarantees

• We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we may change, add or remove features.
• Our reports are information to help you improve your store. They are not professional, legal or financial advice. We can't guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales; results depend on what you change and on things outside our control (like Google). Some checks can't run on every store (for example when a store blocks automated visitors); the report says when that happens.
• The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Suspension and ending

• We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if a payment isn't made, or if there's a security or fraud risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.
• You can stop using AI Vision Audit at any time, and ask us to delete your account at support@aivisionaudit.com.

How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
