Refund Policy

This policy covers paid AI Vision Audit plans. Payments are processed by Stripe.

14-day refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment.

A full refund ends the plan it paid for straight away, and your account moves to the Free plan.

How to ask for a refund

• Email support@aivisionaudit.com from your account's email address within 14 days of the payment.
• The full amount goes back to the payment method you used, through Stripe. It usually arrives within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, or by emailing support@aivisionaudit.com. Cancelling stops your plan renewing; it stays until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.

If you move to a lower plan or from yearly to monthly billing, the change starts when your current paid period ends, and nothing is charged, credited or refunded for it.

Your legal rights

If the law where you live gives you further rights to cancel or to a refund, those rights also apply.
